1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pantheon Solutions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Pantheon Solutions provides white-glove AI automation services including but not limited to: AI chatbot integration, qualified inbound demand automation, appointment scheduling, CRM integration, and custom workflow automation for local service businesses.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to our services or these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI models, software, designs, and materials created by Pantheon Solutions remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use these materials as part of your service subscription. Upon termination, this license expires.

7. Data Usage

You retain ownership of all data you provide. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pantheon Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pantheon Solutions operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Maintenance & Support

Our service includes ongoing maintenance with the following terms:

  • AI tuning cycles performed quarterly to optimize performance
  • Uptime target of 99.9% (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • Change requests processed within 5-7 business days
  • 30-day cancellation notice required
  • Full data export provided upon cancellation request
